What Information do we collect?

ePTW is entirely ad free, so no data is collected for any kind of marketing or commercial purpose. However, certain data is required to prevent any miscommunication at the job site. The data we collect includes:

• Photo and video: The app requires the user to take both photographs and video in order to generate a PTW. These images are for internal use only, and are not shared with any other company. Note that metadata is also shared with these types of files. If you have any further privacy concerns, you can turn off any device generated identifiable metadata, like location tags, before using ePTW.
• Files: ePTW requires access to your files to store any PTW before uploading. ePTW does not interact with any third party app, and therefore does not need access to any file not generated by the app itself.
• User login credentials: User credentials will be provided to you by your site admin or site co-ordinator, and does not accept any other kind of input.

What do we do with the information collected?

ePTW is built for use throughout India, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. No information is shared with any third party. We treat the privacy of all employees and contractors as essential for operational security. All information collected by this app is used to perform activities essential to organisational health and worker safety. No data is provided to any external party for any kind of data analysis or marketing purposes.

Where is the information stored?

ePTW collects all information at a secured server. All PTW information is stored locally on the generating device before it is uploaded to the server.
